Atlassian's standard agreement applies
Recurring Work Items for Jira is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace by Tiraisoft, and is licensed under Atlassian's standard Marketplace End User Agreement.
There are no additional or bespoke terms. For a listing of this size, the standard agreement is the one customers' procurement teams already recognise, and adding our own wording on top would buy nobody anything.
What that means in practice
- Your licence comes from your Atlassian subscription. Billing, trials, renewals and cancellation are handled by Atlassian, not by us.
- We never receive your data, so there is nothing for us to process, retain or return. The app runs inside your own Atlassian site — see the privacy policy.
- Support is described on the support page, and is provided by us directly rather than through Atlassian.
On data processing agreements. The app transmits nothing outside your Atlassian site, so no end-user data reaches us at any point; your data stays under Atlassian's own processing terms. If your organisation's review needs this confirmed in writing for a specific jurisdiction, write to us.
